One honest note from testing: the auto-discovery didn’t find my Hermes install first time — the fix is Settings → Add Runtimes and installing the Hermes agent runtime there. And you don’t have to do any of this by hand: I had Claude (Fable 5) set the whole thing up for me.

- Get Buzz from buzz.xyz if you don’t have it.
- Update Hermes and make sure Hermes ACP is set up (ask Claude to help if you’re not technical).
