- Give big tasks time — heavy jobs can look timed-out; a nudge surfaces the finished work.
- Pick your default harness deliberately — Claude Code worked most reliably in my testing.
What I’d Build First in the App
If you’re opening Buzz for the first time, don’t overthink it — create one channel for a job you do weekly, add one agent with a clear brief, and give it a real task. My first two were an image-generation channel and an SEO-blogs channel, and both were producing genuinely usable work within twenty minutes of installing the app.
Once one channel earns its keep, add the next. The app makes each new agent a one-minute job, so the system grows exactly as fast as you find uses for it.
